2. How do I make payment?

You can make payment through online banking via BillPliz payment gateway. BillPliz supports online banking (FPX) and credit/debit card.(Visa and Mastercard)

If you chose for Shariah Compliance  payment installment please proceed to Mobi Islamic. Make sure you registered with the apps first. 

3. How long the shipment will take?

A. Ready stock

On average, for Penisula/Semenanjung, it takes 2 to 3 working days. Sabah/Sarawak 4 to 5 working days. Other countries do expect slightly longer up to 7 working days, depend on type of courier chosen by customer. 

B)PRE ORDER

On average within Malaysia 16-20 working days . Usually on 14th working day the customer can check on the status via email Asktelekungdehumaira@gmail.com

Other countries up to 30 working days including the courier time itself. Depend on type of couries chosen by customer. Usually on 16th working days the customer can contact us via email Asktelekungdehumaira@gmail.com

4.Why PRE ORDER?

To ensure the customer have a flexibility to choose the design or pattern preferred. Ready stock has limited stock and item to choose for but still a good option for those who need it urgently. 

5.Design that I like is already sold out. Will you restock that design?

For De Humaira yes, but depends on the availability. Deluna and Delayla once sold out no more restock EXCEPT for Polka Series.
